Iola J. Goeke, SPHR, our General Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of BEC Services, LLC while also managing and directing all administrative and human resource services.

Lorie Heinz, our Controller, manages the accounting team and oversees all accounting related matters to achieve finance goals and objectives.

David Garay, our Director of Information Technology, manages our information systems providing technological direction for strategic planning while having hands-on involvement in all day-to-day operations of IT Services.
